Po-po's (grandmother's) birthday. Peaches are a big part of Chinese birthdays. The characters are loosely translated to mean "May you always have the spirit and wakefulness of a dragon and a horse" - hence the dragon and the horse coming out of the peach. The mouse is because Po-po was born in the year of the rat which makes her 84 years old. She doesn't look a day over 65.
